Marshmallow Nutella Hand Pies

The inspiration for these cute little pies comes from a lattice pocket pie press I bought at Williams-Sonoma last year. The press creates the cutest little lattice hand pies, but it's a real pain to use. Then I remembered these cute little Valentine's day cookie cutters I bought a few years back and decided to make my own little pies. So what's a hand pie? Well it's the size of a cookie, with the taste and look of a pie!

Pumpkin Nutella Swirl Bread

I've never been a huge fan of pumpkin bread. I like zucchini bread and love banana bread, but pumpkin never really did it for me. That is, until last fall, when I tried Two Peas and Their Pod's Nutella Pumpkin Bread. I never would have thought to pair a chocolate hazelnut spread with pumpkin. It just doesn't seem right, but believe me, it's so right. The Nutella swirl gives the bread just enough sweetness and it stays creamy so it's just like you spread the Nutella right on each slice.

Raspberry Nutella Poundcake S'mores

Ever have one of those weeks where you think you can't possibly jam one more activity into it? That's how I feel about baking this week. I love baking, really I do (obviously we wouldn't be here if I didn't). But, truthfully, I probably picked the worst time in my life to start this blog. Between working two jobs and maintaining some semblance of a personal life, I'm finding it hard to find the time to bake. Plus all this baking requires a lot more of my time at the gym, otherwise I'd weigh about 400 lbs by now.
